THE MISSION OF SIMPCO’S HOUSING DIVISION IS TO FURTHER THE PRESERVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND TO GROW AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW-TO MODERATE INCOME PERSONS AND FAMILIES WITHIN ITS SERVICE AREA.
The Owner-Occupied Housing Repair/Rehab Program is designed to help low to middle income residents of Cherokee, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, Woodbury, and South Sioux City make their homes safe and livable. The program provides funding for home renovations including roofing, electrical work, plumbing, window replacement/repair, foundation work, painting and siding.
