The mission of the housing program is to serve low to moderate-income persons and families. The program Income Limits are set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD develops income limits based on Median Family Income estimates for each metropolitan area, parts of some metropolitan areas and each non-metropolitan county.

2024 Income Guidelines

All SIMPCO and WICIRHTF housing programs are limited to individuals and families who are at or below 80% of the median family income limits. HUD determines this limit each year.
