The Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) announced that Sergeant Bluff Park is the latest industrial site to achiever certification through the Iowa Certified Site Program. SIMPCO staff assisted the City of Sergeant Bluff with a RISE grant which was awarded by the Iowa Department of Transportation to build the Dogwood Trail road through the industrial site.
