Part-Time Building Custodian

Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS) is seeking an experienced part-time custodian person responsible for maintaining the interior building on cleaning, running floor scrubber, mopping, vacuuming, and performing all tasks to maintain the new facility up to proper cleanliness standards with competitive pay.  Duties include keeping all supplies and items secure with strict confidential measures when entering offices and other areas. Follow policies, procedures, and programs for the safety of the building and personnel. Maintain orderly storage, inventory, and the ordering levels of supplies. Other related duties will be as assigned by management.
