The SIMPCO Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) includes planning projects for Sergeant Bluff, Sioux City, Plymouth County and Woodbury County in Iowa, Dakota Dunes CID, North Sioux City, Jefferson and Union County South Dakota, and Dakota City, South Sioux City, and Dakota County in Nebraska. Please consider transportation infrastructure, planning, and needs specific to these areas when responding to the survey.
