A few of SIMPCO’s staff recently attended the 2024 ICOG Staff Retreat at the Embassy Suites by Hilton located in the heart of downtown Des Moines. During the retreat, staff had a great time engaging with excellent speakers, building their skills, broadening their knowledge, and networking with others in attendance. A big thank you to the [Iowa Association of Councils of Governments](https://www.facebook.com/IowaCOG?__cft__[0]=AZWRB_btiZaW-Vsl2AfS4x7Xu-x5b0spiOY1nFiY5Hf6O4FkiAaUwMSr5NTbk8EU5sZT33-hfU3CZypLTrxHiabEpgl3V4etkSK0HJkgUUOA-2PwOJ4CUWaaxjA37gvV-QZ4ZFQ4ZQRG3H_KyncLz2fupVwzk4pA6sGn8ng9iUoC10n91ndUAflIJGdW10Rl8DybrvE9mmZgDWe21oksZ94q&__tn__=-]K-R) for hosting another great retreat!
