Both applications submitted by the City were selected for funding, including: - **408 2nd Street** – Awarded **$32,110** - **411 2nd Street** – Awarded **$30,304** The Derelict Building Program helps communities address abandoned and unsafe structures that pose challenges to economic development and community vitality. These awards will assist Ida Grove in removing blighted properties and creating opportunities for future redevelopment in the downtown area.
