Reid Bermel, Iowa DNR Senior Environmental Specialist, shared expert tips on navigating the Derelict Building Grant program, while Paige Alesch discussed strategies for diverting materials from landfills and finding sustainable reuse options. The session gave local leaders practical tools to revitalize properties and promote environmental sustainability.
