Disaster Proclamation Issued for Plymouth County, Iowa

On July 31, 2025, Governor Kim Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Plymouth County in response to the severe storms that occurred on July 28.

This proclamation:

Activates the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program (up to $7,000 for eligible households)
Launches the Disaster Case Advocacy Program to help residents access recovery resources
