We are excited to share that SIMPCO’s Housing Division has been awarded $415,175 from the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) through the Local Housing Trust Fund (LHTF) program for the FY 2026 grant cycle.
In partnership with the Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund (WICIRHTF), these funds will allow us to repair and rehabilitate nearly 15 owner-occupied homes across our region—significantly improving living conditions for low- to moderate-income homeowners.
