SIMPCO was not only a proud sponsor of the Professional Developers of Iowa (PDI) held in Sioux City this week, but SIMPCO’s Executive Director, Michelle Bostinelos was a panelist on the topic Creative Effective Solutions to Meeting the Iowa Housing Challenge along with Kelley Deutmeyer, Executive Director of East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) and Michelle Schnier, Housing Director ECIA. Topics included Homes for Iowa, landbanks, and pocket neighborhoods.
Both Michelle and Kelley sit on the Board for the Iowa Association of Councils of Governments (ICOG) which is taking a lead in addressing housing needs in Iowa!
