RFQ – Hamilton Boulevard Corridor Traffic Study

The Siouxland Interstate Metropolitan Planning Council (SIMPCO) and the City of Sioux City, IA invite the submission of qualifications from experienced and qualified consultants to complete a traffic signal study of Hamilton Boulevard between I-29 and Stone Park Boulevard in Sioux City. The analysis would consider existing traffic signals at intersections along the corridor to determine which signals are unwarranted if any, and propose guidance for the phasing of removal of any unwarranted signals, and propose an updated and improved timing plan for the Hamilton Boulevard Corridor. For more information on this RFQ, please contact the staff planner (712.279.6286 or simpco@simpco.org).
