[Divisions](https://simpco.org/divisions?hsLang=en) - [SRTS / Paratransit](https://simpco.org/siouxland-regional-transit-system?hsLang=en) - [Services](https://simpco.org/siouxland-regional-transit-system/services) ## Transportation for Your Needs The Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS) is a demand-responsive, ADA-accessible public transit service providing safe, reliable transportation throughout northwest Iowa, northeast Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota. Whether traveling to work, medical appointments, shopping, education, or other destinations, SRTS helps connect residents to the services and opportunities they need.  Long-Distance Travel SRTS provides transportation for medical appointments and other essential trips that require travel beyond a passenger's local community.   Curb-to-Curb Service Passengers are picked up and dropped off at the curb. Riders should be ready when the vehicle arrives, and drivers will assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.    Door-to-Door Service For passengers who require additional assistance, drivers can provide support from the passenger's door to the vehicle to the door of their destination.    ## Medicaid & Medicare SRTS is an approved Medicaid and Medicare transportation provider in both Iowa and Nebraska.  Passengers wishing to use SRTS through Medicaid or Medicare should contact their case manager, managed care organization, or program representative and request SRTS as their preferred transportation provider. Once transportation is authorized, SRTS will provide services in accordance with program guidelines.
