Q: Who inspires you?
A: The Lord – “but only for the grace of God do we accomplish…”
Q: What is your favorite place in the world?
A: My porch swing since the ocean is too far away.
Q: What are you passionate about?
A: Not having a TV in bedroom; love for children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Q: What projects are you working on right now?
A: A market analysis of rental units; A HUD payment standard.
Q: Motto or Personal Mantra?
A: “Be careful what you wish for”
Q: What do you like best about working for SIMPCO?
A: Every day is a new episode in providing tenants with information and help in various ways.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: Starting and finishing college as a non-traditional student
Q: What is your favorite pastime/hobby?
A: Bridge, Words with Friends, reading and refinishing furniture.
Q: What would people be surprised to know about you?
A: I know how to milk a cow
