Transit Bus Driver

Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS) is currently hiring part-time and full-time drivers. We are especially seeking candidates who reside in Monona and Ida Counties (IA), Dakota County (NE), and Union County (SD).

SRTS provides demand-responsive, ADA-accessible public transportation, helping connect communities safely and reliably.

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Drivers operate agency vehicles to transport passengers while maintaining a professional and courteous environment.

Key Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and reliability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in scheduling
• Valid Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required for bus operation)
