The Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund was awarded $380,233 from the Iowa Finance Authority on December 8, 2022, to support local housing initiatives. This funding, along with a local match from cities and counties will assist low-to-moderate-income residents to maintain their homes in safe, decent, and livable conditions.
