SIMPCO and the WICIRHTF’s Owner-Occupied Housing Repair/Rehab Programs are designed to help low to moderate-income residents in the service area maintain their homes in safe, decent and livable conditions. Our service area includes Cherokee, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, and Woodbury Counties in Iowa (excluding Sioux City).

When funding is available the programs work to complete home repairs that assist in maintaining the integrity of the homes in our communities. Eligible repairs include roofing, electrical work, plumbing, window replacement, foundation work, painting, siding, handicapped accessibility and other repairs as determined necessary.
