Easy Payment Options
At the Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS), we strive to make your payment process as convenient and flexible as possible. We offer several payment options to suit your needs:
Payment Methods:
- Cash: You can pay with cash directly to the driver at the time of your ride.
- Check: Checks are accepted and can be given to the driver or mailed to our transit office.
- Tickets: Tickets can be used for payment and are available for purchase at our transit office or other designated locations.
Where to Make Payments:
- With the Driver: Payments can be made directly to the driver during your ride.
- SRTS Transit Office: Visit us at 6401 Gordon Drive, Sioux City, Iowa 51106 to make payments in person.
- Sioux City Transit System Office: Paratransit tickets can also be purchased at the Sioux City Transit System office located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Transportation Center at 509 Nebraska Street, Sioux City, IA 51101.
Additional Information:
- Office Hours: Our transit office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Feel free to stop by during these hours for any payment-related assistance.
- Mailing Payments: If you prefer to mail your check, please send it to the SRTS transit office at the address mentioned above. Ensure that your check is made payable to "Siouxland Regional Transit System."
- Ticket Purchases: Tickets are a convenient way to pay for your rides. They can be purchased in advance and used as needed. This option is especially useful for frequent riders.
