SRTS is committed to providing accessible, nondiscriminatory public transportation services in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Riders may file a complaint, request a reasonable modification, or submit an appeal related to transit services using the options below.

How to File a Complaint
To submit a general ADA complaint, please complete the official form.

Response Timeline:
- SRTS will respond within two (2) business days
Riders with disabilities may request reasonable modifications to SRTS policies, practices, or procedures when necessary to access transit services.
Requesting a Modification
All requests must be submitted in writing using the official form:

If you disagree with a decision regarding an ADA complaint or reasonable modification request, you may file a written appeal.

Response Timeline:
- A written response will be provided within ten (10) business days

Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Services:
SRTS offers free language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency.
