Iowa Finance Authority Awards WICIRHTF $304,317

The Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund (administered by SIMPCO) was awarded $233,810 from the Iowa Finance Authority for FY 2021! FY 22 Housing Trust Fund Grant Award
