SIMPCO staff recently traveled to Denver, Colorado to participate in the 2025 Economic Development Conference. The event featured a variety of concurrent sessions, mobile workshops, and ample networking opportunities with peers. Key topics included housing, economic development, business attraction and retention, RLF program management, CEDS, public-private partnerships, energy communities and economic diversification, demystifying match requirements, OMB guidelines, AI in economic development, local and regional food systems, and much more.
