Grants of up to $44,000 are available for rural homeowners impacted by the May 2024 storms and June 2024 floods in western Iowa. Eligible applicants must:
- Be 18 or older
- Own a home in a community with a population of 20,000 or fewer
- Meet income limits (varies by county)
Four SIMPCO counties qualify: Cherokee, Monona, Plymouth, and Woodbury.
