The Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund (administered by SIMPCO) was awarded $381,698 from the Iowa Finance Authority for FY 2024! This funding, along with a local match from cities and counties, will assist low to moderate-income residents maintain their homes in safe, decent and livable conditions.
