Transportation for Your Needs
The Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS) is a demand-responsive, ADA-accessible public transit service providing safe, reliable transportation throughout northwest Iowa, northeast Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota. Whether traveling to work, medical appointments, shopping, education, or other destinations, SRTS helps connect residents to the services and opportunities they need.
Service Types
Medicaid & Medicare
SRTS is an approved Medicaid and Medicare transportation provider in both Iowa and Nebraska.
Passengers wishing to use SRTS through Medicaid or Medicare should contact their case manager, managed care organization, or program representative and request SRTS as their preferred transportation provider. Once transportation is authorized, SRTS will provide services in accordance with program guidelines.

Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Services:
SRTS offers free language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency.
