SIMPCO regularly solicits qualifications and proposals from consultants, contractors, and service providers to assist with projects and initiatives throughout the region. Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) currently open for submission are listed below.
Whispering Creek Extension Planning Study
SIMPCO is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified consulting firms to complete the Whispering Creek Extension Planning Study. The project involves a planning-level evaluation of future transportation, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure needs for approximately 950 acres of undeveloped land located near the U.S. Highway 75 and U.S. Highway 20 corridors.
The RFQ is attached for your review. Responses must be submitted to SIMPCO no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on August 31, 2026. Proposals should be submitted electronically in PDF format to ryan@simpco.org.
Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted via email with the subject line "Whispering Creek Extension Planning Study." We will share responses to all questions with interested firms to ensure a fair and consistent procurement process.
